Our Process

Initial briefing

  • We will work with you to understand your current situation, strategic objectives, and needs based on the people, processes, and systems within your organisation.

  • We will explain the relevant services we can provide and work with you to align our expectations on desired outcomes.

Project Map

  • Next we will create and present an overview of the project with a ‘top down’ view of the timeline and activities identified as the best solution.

  • Upon acceptance of the content and plan, we will proceed to build the program.

Build phase

  • Workshops, materials, content, and programs will be created and tailored to your specific business needs including tailored scenarios and activities where required.

  • The programs will be deployed based on your business needs i.e.: in-house training, train-the-trainer sessions, self-paced learning initiatives, etc.

Review and integration

  • Coaching and follow up sessions are scheduled to assist with maintaining the program results.

  • Optional 1:1 coaching or leadership programs can be deployed.

  • Review materials and short ‘micro learning’ workshops can be provided to be run on a local level during team meetings.

The projects can be single interventions or yearlong initiatives with built in checkpoints and KPI’s.  We can work with you to create truly bespoke solutions or can utilise existing frameworks for more agile or simple objectives.

Choosing a Training Provider

Training is a strategic investment that can radically;

  • improve sales,

  • improve the customer experience,

  • minimise business costs and staff attrition, and

  • improve important business measurables including staff engagement, productivity, process improvement, and time/motion/cost studies

It can also cover effective compliance and legislation awareness, and can provide effective leadership skills to maintain quality performance and build a positive culture.

As such, it is imperative that a training offer is carefully considered and aligned with genuine strategic needs – which can be clearly linked back to company performance, KPI’s and strategic imperatives.

Too often, training providers offer vague outcomes or can't align the programs with a measurable ROI.  They can focus on either soft measures such as "feedback shows people found it fun to get to know their team" (although this same result could have been achieved easier, cheaper, and probably better by ordering a bunch of pizzas...) or while they mention skills ("your team will learn to give feedback") it isn't clear how it is measured, implemented, or supported over time.

When choosing a training organisation, consider the following;

Think of a training program like a new fuse.  It should be designed to fit into a specific system.  And it should complete the circuit to achieve your goals.

You should be clear on the behaviour you will observe after the training is successful

You should be clear on the KPI’s that you can track to measure the successful implementation

  • Before the training

  • During the program

  • After the training (integration)

Training proposals should avoid clichés and vague generalisations.

If your current provider or proposal can’t demonstrate an understanding of your business, can’t provide a solution aligned with your strategic goals, and can’t take ownership of the results, then it may be worth reconsidering the offer on the table.
